Carl Hansen & Søn is a renowned manufacturing company behind many classic pieces of furniture by leading figures of Danish design. Inspired by the brands slogan "Passionate Craftmanship", we have used the textural sound of a felt piano as a recurring element in their sonic branding to evoke a timeless sense of calm and prescence.
This film showcases the E300 sofa designed by EOOS. Looking to emphasize the everchanging scenery of the film, we created a driving piano-based score that syncs perfectly with the edit while implying slightly different moods for each setting. We complemented the score with an array of bespoke sound effects to add a realistic and haptic dimension to the visuals.
