Emergency

Audi is among the world's leading producers of luxury cars, known for their high build-quality and progressive design. The film “Emergency” tells a story of how technology of the future can help solve problems of the past and present. Ampli had the honour of working on the director’s cut version of the film.

Counterbalancing organic and synthetic sounds, the key to supporting the film’s narrative was to craft a cinematic soundscape that felt futuristic, yet familiar. We did this by combining a delicate, acoustic / electronic hybrid score with immersive sound design of both lifelike and otherworldy character. We also designed a series of custom sound effects by processing source material found in nature.
